*Deposits & Payments* |

You must complete a puppy questionnaire and send it by e-mail with a good time to reach you by phone prior to sending a deposit as we must approve you before accepting. Deposits and any payments made towards a puppy are non-refundable under all circumstances (no exceptions). If you are outside of the USA, we will accept a bank transfer in US dollars for deposit and payments (there is a $25 bank transfer charge that will be applied for each transfer). Please consider all aspects of bringing a new puppy into your home before you place a deposit, as no exceptions will be made to our non-refundable deposit and payment policy. By placing a deposit or making payments, you are making a serious commitment to give a permanent and loving home to one of our puppies. Sending a deposit reserves your spot to choose a specific puppy from the next available litter. Puppies are not guaranteed within a certain timeframe, but you will be provided with a puppy when one is available. Any breeding that does not result in a litter will be repeated until a litter is produced. In the event that we receive more deposits than puppies born, deposits are transferable to the next available litter. We have the right to change the sire on any breeding pair, if we find it neccesary. The balance and any shipping costs for your puppy is due by the time the puppy reaches 6 weeks old. If payment and shipping costs are not paid for in full by this time, the seller reserves the right to keep or place the puppy with no refunds of any kind. Deposits and payments made are transferable to other litters as puppies are available. This means that for whatever reason, if you’ve placed a deposit and now wish to transfer it to another litter, you can. There are two important details to keep in mind however. First, transferring to another litter will forfeit your selection position, and place you next in line at the time you’ve made the decision to transfer. You are not placed ahead of those who were originally on the selection list before you. Second, the price of the litter to which you are transferring may be different than the litter from which you transferred. |
